The Jacksonville Library

This is the Jacksonville Library.  Notice the odd architectural design, which includes a yellow storage room on the roof. As part of The Better Jacksonville Plan, the City is building a 300,000 square foot Main Library just east of Hemming Plaza. It is expected to be finished in 2004.
