The Automated SkyWay Express
opened in 1989 to connect the Prime Osborne Convention Center with
the Omni Hotel downtown. Since its opening it has been
expanded northwards to the FCCJ downtown campus. Additionally,
a southern extension travels across the St. Johns River.
