Professor Jordan received her MFA in Acting/Performance from The Ohio State University. She also holds a BA in Theatre and a BA in Humanities from the University of Houston. Her professional credits include the Alley Theatre in Texas, The Houston Shaw Festival and the Contemporary American Theatre Company in Ohio. She is the Artistic Director of the Jacksonville Stage Company, the city's emerging regional theatre. She serves on the board of the Florida Theatre Conference as the professional representative and the Southeastern Theatre Conference as the ATME representative. Professor Jordan brings an extensive knowledge of movement and dance to the Actor Training Program at JU. Professor Jordan also directs the Theatre for Young People Program at JU. This series brings innovative theatre to the City of Jacksonville and the surrounding area.
